Nurgo AI Account and Plans

Nurgo AI gives VoxAction access to the complete feature set: smart dictation, voice translation, AI assisted editing, subscription management, and monthly AI credits.

When You Need a Nurgo AI Subscription

Use Nurgo AI if you want:

  • dictation through the integrated Nurgo service,
  • voice translation,
  • AI assisted editing of selected text,
  • subscription and credit usage managed from VoxAction settings.

If you only need basic dictation and prefer using your own API provider, use [Whisper-compatible API mode](Transcription Services.md).

Log In or Sign Up

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Transcription.
  3. Select Nurgo AI (smart transcription & editing).
  4. Click Log in or sign up.
  5. Complete authentication in the login window.

After login, the settings page displays your account email and subscription information when available.

Subscribe

If your account does not have an active subscription, click Subscribe in the subscription section. VoxAction opens the subscription page in your default browser:

After completing the subscription flow, return to VoxAction and click Done! so the app can refresh your account and quota information.

Plans and AI Credits

VoxAction Pro uses Nurgo AI subscription plans. Each plan includes a monthly AI budget that is consumed by supported AI features.

Pricing and plan availability can change. The public plans currently documented are:

Plus $19.00/month For heavy use
Max $39.00/month For power users

At checkout, plans may appear as Nurgo AI Starter, Nurgo AI Plus, or Nurgo AI Max.

Paid plans include dictation anywhere, one-step voice translation, Voice Actions through AI assisted editing, personal dictionary, context-aware transcription, and monthly AI credits. The same subscription also unlocks BrainSoup and shares the same AI credits.

Check Credit Usage

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Transcription.
  3. Choose Nurgo AI (smart transcription & editing).
  4. Check the subscription area.

The settings page shows monthly credit usage when account information is available.

Manage Subscription

If you already have an active subscription, click Manage subscription in Settings > Transcription. VoxAction opens the billing management page in your default browser.

Log Out

Click Log out in Settings > Transcription to sign out of your Nurgo AI account on this computer.

After logging out, Nurgo AI hotkeys cannot run until you log in again.
