Measuring disk performance with GameLibBooster

To optimize your games, GameLibBooster needs to know the performance of your computer's drives. Drives performance is automatically measured the first time you start GameLibBooster. But if for some reasons you think that the performance of a drive has changed, you can ask GameLibBooster to repeat the measure. Here is how to do:

Analysing the performance of one drive

Select the drive that you want to analyse in the drives and libraries tree.

Click on MEASURE in the contextual information panel on the right.

GameLibBooster will start to analyse the performance of the drive. The progression will be displayed in the yellow  execution queue that will appear at the bottom of the window. The progression is represented by the green line. The operation can be paused, resumed or canceled at any time.

Analysing the performance of all your drives

Select the computer at the root of the drives and libraries tree.

Click on MEASURE in the contextual information panel on the right.

GameLibBooster will start to analyse the performance of all your drives. The progression will be displayed in the yellow  execution queue that will appear at the bottom of the window. The progression is represented by the green line. The operation can be paused, resumed or canceled at any time.
