GameLibBooster Configuration > General Settings

Here you can configure the general settings of GameLibBooster. To access this menu, click on the  icon in the toolbar, at the top-right of the window.

The General Settings menu

• Automatic updates: when enabled, GameLibBooster will check once a week on our server if a new version is available. If a new version is available, GameLibBooster will offer you to install it. The default value is enabled.
• Background optimization: when enabled, GameLibBooster will automatically optimize your games if needed when you don't use your computer. This does not affect the performance of your computer. The default value is enabled.
• Hide background optimization: during a background optimization, a small progress window is displayed at the bottom-right of the screen. This progress window can be hidden by enabling this option. The default value is disabled.
